  • First bootcamp for Top 25 companies will take place in Tartu, April 17-19, 2018
To thouroughly evaluate your business, products, services, and your export potential, we'll ask you some business specific questions.

Please read all questions, prepare, and then proceed by clicking the "Go to Application Form" button.

  2. Company Profile: Company name, business address, registration number, registration date, active time in business, number of employees, revenue in 2017.
  3. Business team: Brief information about your key business team – CEO, CTO, and others
  4. Short Description: description of the company’s business in one sentence
  5. Value proposition: what is the value that you deliver to your customers?
  6. Development stage:  is your business an idea, or fully operating?
  7. Technology & Product: Information on your technology and products
  8. Customer & market: Information on existing and/or potential customers and markets
  9. Competitive advantages:  Why you are better than your competitors?
  10. Revenue forcasts: What's your revenue forecast for the next 3 years
  11. Previous export experience: Do you have any? Describe it. 
  12. Export strategy: Do you have one? Describe it.
  13. Pricing strategy: Do you have one? Describe it. 
  14. Finances and development: How will you finance a further development of your company?
  15. Video presentation: This is optional, but recommended. Further instruction below

How to prepare the video presentation? (optional)
The video presentation is an optional (not mandatory) information you can submit to increase your chances of being selected to the next round.

The video presentation should not exceed 60 seconds (1minute) and should give a brief sales pitch of your business and your team. A video presentation gives a better proof of the following information:
  • ambition, commitment, communication abilities and roles of your team members
  • your product or service
  • your office or manufacturing facilities and atmosphere (if relevant)
The video can be filmed with your smartphone, tablet, webcam, or any other video recording device. When recorded and uploaded, please submit a link to your video presentation on the application form.
